We specialize in the sale of genuine software activation keys. If an activation key does not function as intended—such as displaying errors, being marked as invalid, or failing during activation—please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will offer either:
- A replacement activation key, or
- A full refund

2. Return Window
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
3. Eligibility and Conditions
- Defective Products: Returns are accepted if the activation key is not working or cannot be activated.
- Non‑Defective Products: To be eligible for a return, the activation key must be unused, unredeemed, and in new condition.
Both defective and non‑defective products are eligible for returns within the stated return window.
4. Exchanges
If you purchased the incorrect software version or require a different version, we are happy to offer an exchange within the 7‑day return period, subject to eligibility requirements.
